On the eve of Artoo’s 5th birthday, the team spent a weekend away from the hustle and bustle of Bangalore looking back on our journey, assessing where we are and where we want to go from here. We conducted a series of deep dives and group activities led by a strategy consultant on our product, customer experience, and sectoral transformation. Here are some highlights from our strategy session that you can look forward to seeing -
- A better product experience for our current users. Our Customer Success team has been spending countless hours on call and in the field with our users to understand their behavior, and how Artoo can help drive business results for them. We are looking forward to rolling out a series of improvements in our UX.
- Data data data! We currently capture over 1000 data points about a borrower for any loan disbursed through Artoo’s platform. We are working towards providing more actionable insights for our clients through this data.
- Knowledge sharing. We believe that India has been breaking the boundaries of financial innovation, especially in recent times. Yet, there is limited knowledge sharing among our peers. Artoo hopes to bridge the gap between the practitioners, field agents, borrowers, and technology vendors in assessing the needs and solutions for true financial innovation. This is just the beginning of what’s to come from 5-year-old Artoo. We want to now get closer to contextualizing borrower lives, needs, and circumstances for our clients. We will be working hard to do this in this new phase of Artoo’s life to make Artoo more than a technology investment for our lending partners.
